Hello from Scott King

With nearly three decades in manufacturing, I’ve built my career around lean principles, continuous improvement, and operations management. Starting as a 2nd Shift Supervisor gave me firsthand experience with the challenges on the shop floor and shaped how I approach problem-solving and leadership today.

That early experience taught me the importance of efficiency, teamwork, and eliminating waste—principles that have guided me ever since. I take a hands-on, data-driven approach to optimizing workflows and driving meaningful improvements. But beyond the numbers, I believe in building strong, engaged teams committed to safety, quality, and productivity. When people take ownership of the process, great things happen.

Throughout my career, I’ve led lean transformations, improved uptime, streamlined processes, and created cultures of continuous improvement. Whether reducing lead times, increasing employee engagement, or improving operational performance, my goal is always the same—delivering real results.
